The lease is the first right of a tenant. Called Ball, the lease must contain the duration of the contract, the amount of rent and expenses and the deposit.

The obligations of the tenant.

Ensuring housing is another obligation of the tenant. Otherwise, the owner may cancel the lease immediately. So is the safety of his home against fire or water damage.
